The SimFather
Delete your account and data
Email us from the address on your account. We confirm it is you, then we delete.
1 · How to ask
Send an email to support@thesimfather.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. To protect your data, we confirm the request by replying to that address before acting on it, so nobody can close your account just by knowing your email address.
If you signed up with Google, Discord or Facebook, send it from the email address on that account.
2 · What we delete
Your account and what is attached to it: your date of birth, the state we recorded, your lineups and your results. Deleting your account deletes what a sign-in service shared with us too. Your SimCoins go with it: they have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.
3 · What we keep, and why
We keep the record of what you paid, because tax and accounting rules require it. We also keep enough to honour a self-exclusion request, so that closing an account cannot be quietly undone by opening another one.
4 · If you signed in with Google, Discord or Facebook
Deleting your account deletes what that service shared with us. You can also disconnect the service from your account at any time under Manage account on your account page, and you can remove The SimFather from the apps connected to that service in its own settings.
Removing us there stops the service sharing anything new with us. It does not delete what we already hold, so send the email above as well.
